The power hierarchy of the Kakure-Kai is similar to the pre-existing structure of the Yakuza groups in Japan. At the top of the heap, is the oyabun, in this case a very powerful man called Ryu-san, or in English, simply Dragon. He is a ruthless business man who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He is shrewd, intelligent, ambitious, merciless, and clever. He will remain in Japan and probably never set foot in Rhy'Din.
Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations, collecting the profits of the Kakure-Kai's dealings in Rhy'Din, and delivering the oyabun's instructions is a wakagashira, or first lieutenant, called Kotetsu. No less ambitious or ruthless than Ryu-san, Kotetsu is far more circumspect, however, and tends to think far more than Ryu-san. He will probably remain within the Kakure-Kai's headquarters, which is located near the docks in the southwestern part of the city, while his men carry out the oyabun's instructions.
Underneath Kotetsu are four shateigashira, or second lieutenants. They are called Akito, Daitaro, Ishi, and Katsutoshi. They are each individually responsible for a group of eight kyodai, or big brothers, who are fully initiated members of the Kakure-Kai. This means that they have gone through the initiation rites, namely sharing a dish of sake with Ryu-san and abandoning all familial ties, promising their lives and honour for the advancement of their Yakuza group and ultimately, their oyabun.
The kyodai are the ones who will be most visible on the streets and in the businesses of Rhy'Din. Please feel free to treat the kyodai as you would Doritos - chew 'em up, spit 'em out, knock 'em about, kill 'em - whatever. We'll just make more. The shateigashira and the wakagashira are off-limits for violence...for now; feel free, however, to mention them in your posts as they are the most important figures in the Kakure-Kai.
Hopefully this little bit of information will make it easier for you to use the Kakure-Kai in your posts. Again, if you need clarification on anything, please post in this thread or drop Riley or me a PM.
